convenient Telehealth
counseling
We know your schedule is probably packed, so we offer the ease of telehealth sessions. Telehealth is just as effective as face-to-face counseling, and it can be done safely and confidentially in the privacy of your own home/ bedroom! All telehealth counseling is done in a secure environment on the platform Doxy.me to ensure maximum privacy. When you are in session, you can be sure that what is being said is just between you and your counselor.
Finances shouldn’t
be a huge obstacle
For many young adults, therapy can feel out of reach because so many therapists are cash or private pay only. We believe that taking people’s insurance is important to help them access young adult counseling at an affordable price, sometimes just a small co-pay.
We take these insurances:
Regence Blue Cross Blue Sheild
Aetna
Pacific Source
First- Choice
If you do not have these insurances many insurance plans have Out- of -Network benefits that we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Our first session is just us getting to know each other and making sure this is a good fit! You can expect some basic questions about what your interests are, what you like to do and why you are coming to counseling. We know that coming to your first counseling session can feel nerve racking and we want to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible. We won’t make you talk about anything you do not want to.
-
Appointments typically last 53-60 minutes.
-
The frequency of the sessions depends on many things but some are your schedule, the schedule of the therapist and how often the therapist thinks it may be necessary based on your child’s individual needs.
-
The most important thing in therapy is that both the therapist and you feel like it’s a good fit! Sometimes that doesn’t happen. If that is the case you can be sure that we will provide referrals to who we think would be a good fit.
